From a sparkle to the gem of a life!
Just like the sapphire, which comes in every colour
of the rainbow, life has a myriad of colours, textures, meanings and
values. Since time immemorial the sapphire has been honoured as a
powerful talisman and is one of the most durable minerals. It has
been used as a stone for healing, clear thinking, communication, encouragement,
easing frustration, intuition, peace of mind, the fulfilment of dreams
and desires. The sapphire has always symbolised truth, sincerity,
insight, inspiration and wisdom. All of these qualities I incorporate
into my style of Life Coaching, combined with a deeply felt conviction
that life is a great journey and has huge potential especially when
we have the courage to honour ourselves, our wellbeing and our uniqueness.
Sapphire Coaching enables you to take steps forward,
make positive changes, achieve your potential or to see you through
challenging times by offering you focus, clarity, support, encouragement,
motivation, commitment, empowerment and inspiration. Together we get
results.
I keep you centered, grounded and self aware. I share with you many
skills and tools that I have learnt and used in my 33 years of enabling
people to connect with their inner wisdom and thereby to their healthier
and truer selves.
My style of Life Coaching can adapt to your needs, whatever they may
be. I am particularly passionate about working with
your health and wellbeing, improving your environment and bringing
about positive lifestyle changes leading to more enjoyment, vitality
and balance in your life.
I am flexible in my approach to the structuring of your sessions which
can be face to face, by telephone with email support or a combination
of all three. Sessions usually last from one to one and a half hours
and are typically spaced two, three or four weeks apart depending
on your requirements. Facilities for Skype (free calls) and PayPal
(secure online payment) are available.
I have a rich and varied background which has included being a Yoga,
Relaxation and Meditation Teacher, Massage Therapist, Naturopath,
Medical Herbalist and Feng Shui Consultant. I bring much of this experience
to Sapphire Coaching and, together with my holistic approach, offer
a solid yet spiritual framework for your coaching.
I am a Certified Life Coach, Licensed Reverse Therapy
Practitioner & Health Coach. I live with my husband
Denis, in a beautiful area on the Shropshire/North Wales border, known
as The Marches. I see clients in the market town of Oswestry which
is 25 minutes from Shrewsbury and within easy reach of Chester, Telford,
North Wales and the West Midlands.
